Guidelines for Authors

1. Originality

• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
• Similarity (plagiarism) must be below 10–15%.

2. Language & Format

• Written in English, in MS Word (DOC/DOCX).
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, 1-inch margins.

3. Manuscript Structure

• Title Page (Title, Authors, Affiliation, Email, ORCID if any)
• Abstract (200–300 words) + 4–6 Keywords
• Introduction
• Methodology
• Results & Discussion
• Conclusion
• References (APA 7th Edition)

4. Types of Submissions

• Research Articles (3000–7000 words)
• Review Papers (4000–8000 words)
• Short Communications (1500–3000 words)
• Case Studies / Book Reviews (if relevant)

5. Peer Review

• Double-blind review by at least 2 reviewers.
• Authors may be asked to revise before acceptance.

6. Ethics

• Follow COPE guidelines.
• Proper acknowledgments & ethical approvals (if applicable).

7. Publication Policy

• Open Access – free for readers worldwide.
• Copyright: Authors retain rights, with citation of SIJRI.

8. Submission

• Submit via official email or online submission portal.
• Acknowledgement within 3–5 working days.
